Refund Policy

1. General Policy

FutureMinds Learning provides digital educational content, self-paced courses, professional learning programs, downloadable materials, and related online services. Because our products are primarily delivered instantly and accessed digitally, refund requests are reviewed under the specific rules described in this Refund Policy.

By purchasing any course, program, bundle, subscription, or digital educational material from FutureMinds Learning, you agree to this Refund Policy in full. This policy is intended to create a fair balance between learner satisfaction, platform integrity, and the immediate-access nature of our digital offerings.

We reserve the right to evaluate each request individually and to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria described below, that involve abuse of the refund system, or that otherwise conflict with our Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered for eligible course or program purchases when a written refund request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, provided that the learner has not substantially consumed the purchased digital content.

To remain eligible for a refund, the following conditions generally must be met:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days from the purchase date
  • No more than 20% of the course or program content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or completed
  • No certificate of completion has been issued for the course or program
  • The purchase was made directly through FutureMinds Learning and not through a third-party reseller, marketplace, or partner platform with separate refund terms
  • The account has not engaged in repeated refund requests or behavior suggesting misuse, copying, or abuse of content access

Eligibility does not guarantee that a refund will automatically be granted. We may request additional information to verify the request and account activity before making a final decision.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Certain purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to proprietary educational materials. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Courses or programs where more than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed
  • Downloadable templates, worksheets, guides, or other digital resources once delivered or downloaded
  • Completed subscriptions for billing periods that have already started
  • Certificates, assessments, or add-on services that have already been issued, unlocked, or provided
  • Enterprise, team, corporate, institutional, or custom learning packages unless a separate written agreement states otherwise
  • Purchases flagged for abuse, chargeback manipulation, unauthorized sharing, or other violations of our Terms of Service

Where a third-party payment platform, marketplace, or promotional partner is involved, refund requests may also be subject to that third party's own policies and procedures.

4. Subscription Services

If FutureMinds Learning offers subscription-based access to courses or learning libraries, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation will generally stop renewal for the next billing period, but it does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing periods already charged.

In limited circumstances, we may issue a discretionary partial or full refund for a subscription billing period when duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are confirmed. Any such refund remains at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.

5. Technical Access Issues

If you experience technical issues that materially prevent access to purchased content, you should contact our support team promptly so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the problem. Refund requests based on technical problems may be considered where access could not reasonably be provided and the issue was not caused by the user's device, internet service, unsupported browser, or failure to follow basic platform requirements.

Before issuing a refund based on a technical issue, we may first attempt to provide support, troubleshooting assistance, alternative access methods, replacement access, or a reasonable period for corrective action.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to seek a resolution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account and purchased content while the matter is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent account restrictions and denial of future purchases.

We encourage users to contact us directly before disputing a charge so that we have an opportunity to verify billing records, review access history, and resolve legitimate concerns in a timely manner.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact FutureMinds Learning in writing and provide enough information for us to identify the account and transaction. Your request should include:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your account
  • The course, program, bundle, or subscription purchased
  • The date of purchase and, where available, the transaction or order confirmation number
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

Submitting complete and accurate information helps us review requests more efficiently. Incomplete requests may be delayed while we seek additional details.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, card issuer, and applicable banking procedures.

While we may process approved refunds promptly on our side, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Courses or programs purchased through limited-time promotions, discount campaigns, bundled packages, coupon offers, or special access arrangements may be subject to additional conditions or modified refund eligibility. Where a specific offer includes separate refund terms, those terms will control for that transaction to the extent stated.

If a refund is granted for a discounted or bundled purchase, we reserve the right to calculate the refund based on the actual discounted amount paid, the portion of the bundle accessed, or the adjusted value of any content retained by the user.

10. Policy Abuse

We are committed to fair treatment of learners, but we also protect our platform from misuse. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe that a user has attempted to exploit this Refund Policy, including by extensively consuming course content before requesting a refund, downloading materials for retention after cancellation, creating multiple accounts to gain repeated access, or engaging in deceptive billing conduct.

Where abuse is detected, we may deny future refunds, suspend account access, or take other measures permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable law.

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

FutureMinds Learning may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or product-related changes. Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective or last updated date. The version of the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
