Upon termination, your right to access the platform and any purchased courses may be revoked.

4. Course Enrollment and Access

When you purchase a course or program through FutureMinds Learning, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own educational purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the course content or materials.

Course access is subject to the terms of your specific plan or purchase. Lifetime access, where offered, means access for the duration that the course remains available on our platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time to ensure quality and relevance, though we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the educational value of courses you have purchased.

You agree that you will not share your account credentials or course access with any third party. Each license is for a single user only. Enterprise and team plans have specific provisions for multi-user access as outlined in the relevant plan documentation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through FutureMinds Learning, including but not limited to video lessons, text content, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, course materials, assessments, quizzes, and any other educational content, is the exclusive property of FutureMinds Learning or its content licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any course content without prior written consent
• Downloading, recording, screencasting, or otherwise capturing video lessons or lectures
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, decompiling, or reverse engineering any course materials
• Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring your access to any third party
• Using any automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract content from our platform
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from our materials

Any unauthorized use of FutureMinds Learning's intellectual property constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

6. Payment and Billing

All prices for courses and programs are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes may be added to the listed price based on your location and applicable tax laws. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including any applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize FutureMinds Learning to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

In the event of a payment failure, your access to purchased content may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect courses or programs you have already purchased.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a user of FutureMinds Learning, you agree to use our platform and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Kentucky.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us directly. You agree to provide a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution at least 30 days before initiating any legal action, allowing both parties a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
